As the welfare of all workers can best be protected and most effectively be advanced by their united action in one union, we have organized this labor union, the Boston Newspaper Guild, TNG-CWA Local 31245. The BNG shall be governed by the constitutions of The Newspaper Guild and the Communications Workers of America, their policies adopted by sector conference and convention, and the following bylaws.
