Basic Functions and Responsibilities:

To grow revenue from Boston-area small and medium size business - print and online advertising, the web, social networking and online community websites.

Qualifications:

BS/BA Degree
.5+ years as a successful, consultative account executive with proven skills in solutions selling across multi-media platforms
.Demonstrated track record of new business development and understanding of product branding and slaes cycle execution.
.Proven experience using creative sales solutions and presentations that address audiences at amny levels.
.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
.Organizational skills a must
.Expected to develop good relationships with peers, managers, and support staff.
.Requires excellent presentation skills, and be familiar with power point and excel.
.Outstanding prospecting, scripting and lead sourcing skills.
.Work effectively in a team environment, exerting positive influence and serving as a team resource.
.Outstanding communication, questioning, listening and relaionship-building skills.
.Strong internet knowledge
.Comfort and familiarity with CRM systems.
