Qualifications:
-Working knowledge of online ad-serving software/contract management systems (OAS, SOS, etc).
-Familiarity with third-party vendors required (DART, Atlas, Mediaplex, etc).
-Solid experience in Excel including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets.
-Ability to investigate, analyze & solve problems, and clearly communicate results.
Proven ability to:
-Multi-task and work under pressure
-Understand customer needs
-Build ongoing relationships
-High attention to details/follow through.
Education & Experience –
-A minimum of 1-2 years + of hands- on experience with ad management software (OpenAdStream a plus), including direct experience with campaign reporting and analysis
-BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
Basic Functions and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement greater efficiencies and procedures for optimization, reporting and analysis
-Oversee and manage third-party reporting discrepancies
-Combine data analysis and client feedback to configure, operate and optimize complex campaigns to meet client objectives
-Continuous review of Sell-Thru data to ensure boston.com is maximizing revenue opportunity
-Investigate and resolve delivery/performance issues and advise management to potential revenue risk
-Work closely with Account Coordinators, Traffickers and Sales to optimize paid campaigns
