Qualifications:

5+ years as a successful, consultative account executive with proven skills in solutions selling across multi-media platforms. Demonstarted track record of new business development and understanding of product branding and sales cycle execution. Proven experience using creative sales solutions and presentations that address audiences at many levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organizational skills a must. Expected to develop good relationships with peers, managers and support staff. Minimum of 3 years selling to major/national (more than $250k in annual rev) retail clients. Requires excellent presentation skills, and be familiar with poer point and excel.

Basic Functions and Responsibilities:

Sales responsibility for key retail clients. The successful candidate would be expected to increase revenues from existing advertisers and grow the account base through new business sales by utilizing BGM products and services to connect solutions with advertiser’s needs. Must be able to persuade advertisers and ad agency personnel of the importance of Boston market and of the BGM value proposition to deliver results.
