Qualifications:
Education & Experience –
- A minimum of 1-2 years + of hands-on experience with ad management software (OpenAdStream a plus), including direct experience with campaign reporting and analysis
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
- Working knowledge of online ad-serving software/contract management systems (OAS, SOS, etc.)
- Familiarity with third-party vendors required (DART, Atlas, Mediaplex, etc.)
- Solid experience in Excel including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets
- Ability to investigate, analyze & solve problems, and clearly communicate results
Proven ability to:
- Multi-task and work under pressure
- Understand customer needs
- Build ongoing relationships
- High attention to details/follow through
Basic Functions and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop and implement greater efficiencies and procedures for optimization, reporting and analysis
- Oversee and manage third-party reporting discrepancies
- Combine data analysis and client feedback to configure, operate and optimize complex campaigns to meet client objectives
- Continuous review of Sell-Thru data to ensure boston.com is maximizing revenue opportunity
- Investigate and resolve delivery/performance issues and advise management to potential revenue risk
- Work closely with Account Coordinators, Traffickers and Sales to optimize paid campaigns
