Qualifications:

BS/BA Degree preferred.
3+ years of outside sales experience in print, radio, real estate, or online sales. Outstanding prospecting, scripting and lead sourcing skills. Outstanding communication, questioning, listening and relationship-building skills. Work effectively in a team environment, exerting positive influence and serving as a team resource. Proficiency in MS Office Applications: Word,Excel,PowerPoint. Strong data entry/typing skills. Strong Internet knowledge. Comfort and familiarity with CRM systems.

Basic Functions and Responsibilities:

Grow revenue from Boston-area small and medium businesses (SMB), with a heavy focus on digital revenue. Focus on the Boston.com Your Town initiative by selling digital revenue on each of these town pages. Uncover other needs from these SMB clients for future product development.
