Qualifications:

Education & Experience –

- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required

- Ability to investigate, analyze & solve problems, and clearly communicate results

- Online advertising exposure

- Expertise in Microsoft Office

Basic Functions and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Forecasting inventory availability for Sales using internal tools (OAS, Omniture, Tacoda, and in-house Contract Management System)

- Processing and updating client buys by entering orders into Boston.com’s proprietary sales order system (SOS)

- Acting as a liaison between Sales and Finance to resolve billing/administrative issues

- Overseeing and managing third-party reporting discrepancies

- Combining data analysis and client feedback to configure, operate and optimize complex campaigns to meet client objectives

- Investigating and resolving delivery/performance issues and advise management to potential revenue risk

Proven ability to:

- High attention to details/follow through

- Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to multi-task within a team environment is a must.
