Qualifications:

Abode Acrobat and Photoshop pre-press skills a must; 2-3 year supervisor experience strongly preferred; Ability to work within multiple deadline environments; Ability to respond quickly to staffing changes and needs; Good communication skills; Ability to research the cause of a problem and then work thru to a solution; Inquisitive nature to verify information and not accept mediocrity; Strategic thinker; Ability to train others; Must have strong organizational skills; Strong Excel skills

Basic Functions and Responsibilities:

• Day to day staff management

• Manage day to day workflow for ad processing

• Ad processing

• Advertising Quality control partner with Production: this includes working with Manager, sales, clients, production, and IT.

• Creating and writing documentation for new workflow as the department takes on new assignments and software/hardware

• Maintain Weekly and monthly metric reports

• Troubleshooting production issues on a timely bases to allow the department to stay ahead of reoccurring production issues/charge-offs

• Customer support on the phone and site visits
