Basic Functions and Responsibilities:
You will be working with designers and art directors to develop effective concepts for all types of marketing creative, including: Direct Mail, Print Ads, Web Ads and Banners, Sales Collateral, HTML Emails, Point-of-Purchase and Out-of-Home
Job duties include writing, editing and proofing compelling, strategically appropriate marketing copy; Managing diverse projects simultaneously and prioritizing accordingly; Collaborating with traffic managers in order to ensure on time delivery of copy and creative product.
At least three years of copywriting experience required, along with familiarity with techniques for using research data in sales presentations, understanding of graphic design principals and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Word.
Candidates chosen for interviews will be asked to supply recent samples of sales or promotional materials they have written.
