Qualifications:
This person must be a highly motivated self starter with the ability to motivate others, and who has a demonstrated track record of successful selling. The ability to cold call and teach the art of cold calling is a must. This person will work directly with the sales team and must be disciplined in how they spend their time looking for new business and comfortable having constructive conversations with sales people regarding their selling style and how they approach the sale. Very strong organizational and follow up skills a must.

Basic Functions and Responsibilities:
The Sales Supervisor for Fort Grace is responsible for working with the sales team and finding new revenue streams outside of the traditional media budget. These dollars typically come from outside the marketing department and require a great amount of landscaping of the company to find new pockets of revenue in areas like sales, regional business development and other non traditional sources.
