Qualifications:

Three to five years experience (and prior successful leadership/management experience a plus) as a successful, consultative sales professional with proven skills in selling solutions across multi-media platforms. Demonstrated track record of new business development, and understanding of company branding and sales cycle execution. Proven experience using creative sales solutions and presentations that address audiences at many levels. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to also address audiences at many levels.

Basic Functions and Responsibilities:

Boston.com is looking for an aggressive, results oriented Sales Supervisor with leadership/management skills to manage key online advertising accounts as well as manage and provide overall strategic direction for a core group within the online sales team. This individual will be responsible for increasing revenues from existing accounts as well as growing an incremental account base. This individual will also be responsible for overall revenue attainment of their core sales team, and will report to the Director of Sales, Boston.com. Proven leadership skills a must, digital media knowledge preferable.
