Qualifications:
BS/BA Degree Preferred.
Ability to multi-task within a team environment.
Minimum of 2 years of Inside/Telesales or Telemarketing experience in a B2B environment – advertising sales a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Strong data entry/typing skills.
Strong Internet knowledge.
Comfort and familiarty with CRM systems.
Excellent verbal and written communciation skills.

Basic Functions and Responsibilities:
Make a high volume of daily outbound calls.
Sells to and services existing client base.
Establishes and expands relationships with key contacts and decision makers within each customer organization.
Must be skilled at prospecting!
Effectively use the Internet and other resources to prospect for new leads, and to better understand client’s industry and business.
Meet or Exceed monthly revenue targets through new business acquisition.
Mastery of our CRM database – must be able to manage pipeline and accurately forecast monthly business.
Work effectively in a team environment, exerting positive influence, and serving as a team resource.
