Qualifications: 7 plus years experience. Knowledge of marketing and advertising processes and trends. Graphic design profeciency. Quark, In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe, Dreamweaver, Flash and HTML. Build constructive and effective relationships across the organization, within the design community and with strategic partners to achieve business objectives. Remains current in relevant trends and technologies with training assistance from the Glboe. Demonstrates personal commitment to getting results and meeting goals. Brings new ideas to the process.
Basic Functions and Responsibilities: Collaborate with Copywriters and Marketing Managers to create sales-generating, brand-promoting, effective marketing material for print and online media. Produces high quality, effective design solutions for B2B and B2C marketing merchandising needs. Actively participates in creative reviews, develops credibility with business partners. Responsible for representing the department at meetings with clients, vendors and key stakeholders. Oversight of the creative product from strategic inception to completion. Creates and manages an efficient workflow process that ensures on-time delivery given the benchmarked time and tools needed to accomplish job.
