Basic Functions and Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting Telesales Account Executives in all aspects of the sales process. Responsible for assisting with Advertiser Customer Service. Compile customized media kits for lead development/pre-sales. Work with Order Entry/Ad Production/Credit for: insertion orders, releasing ads, ad placement, and request follow-up on position requests. Maintain data/reports for: memo bills, affidavit requests, commission calculation, ad history requests, reviewing of top 800 Unassigned. Assign/re-assign accounts to sales. Provide proofs and coordinating changes if necessary with both in-house designers and clients. Traffic new or updated contracts with billing dept. Research and/or solving for billing or production issues. Process and submit customer disputes and rate exceptions. Various other responsibilities as needed including: photocopying and distributing of paperwork and organizing meetings. Handle ad-hoc requests from DSM. Other duties as assigned.
