Qualifications: BS/BA degree preferred. Ability to multi-task within a team environment. Minimum of 2 years of Outbound Telesales or Telemarketing experience in a B2B environment – advertising sales a plus. Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Strong internet knowledge. Comfort and familiarity with CRM systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic Functions and Responsibilities: Makes a high volume of daily outbound calls. Sells and services existing client base with a multi-media product portfolio. Establishes and expands relationships with key contacts and decision makers within each customer organization. Must be skilled at prospecting within assigned territory. Must meet or exceed monthly revenue targets through increased sales levels. Must become adept at our CRM tool, SalesLogix – must be able to manage pipeline and accurately forecast monthly business. Must work effectively in a team environment, exerting positive influence and serving as a team resource.
