Qualifications: BA or BS degree and one year customer service or support experience. Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and PhotoShop. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Must be extremely organized with attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to establish positive working relationships with peers, management and customers. Ability to operate effectively both independently and in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.
Basic Functions and Responsibilities: Support current customers and Automotive Account Executives by troubleshooting problems, solving and answering client questions, processing enrollments, cancellations and Cars.com inventory data change requests. Gather new contracts and new customer information data from sales reps; compile this information into spreadsheets and SOS for Automotive Managers and the Finance team. Create PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports; develop and maintain understanding of all Web-based Cars.com products; maintain a quality control function over advertising and Cars.com online listings; present weekly status overviews of current and new clients and attend Auto team meetings as necessary. Proactively keep Automotive team informed of the latest status of all ongoing issues.
