Qualifications: Knowledge of our call center operations . Understanding & ability to execute inbound programs to ensure service levels & financial objectives are met. Strong organizational, leadership & interpersonal management skills. Demonstrated communication skills both written and verbal. Must be able to foster a positive & productive work environment, with ability to lead, & motivate staff. Must be able to take instructions from management & ensure follow up. Demonstrated knowledge of customer service metrics, demonstrated leadership, staff development and analytic skills. Proven skills in identifying performance gaps & initiating training programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
Basic Functions and Responsibilities: Supervise agent personnel including: monitoring, coaching & evaluation performance. Track and measure individual & team productivity and quality results. Research and resolve customer disputes. Drive improvements in overall service levels and transactional efficiencies. Provides assistance and/or on-the-job training. Analyzes, summarizes and/or reviews data; report findings, interprets results and/or makes recommendations. Ensure adherence to department policies. Develop & deliver presentations at team & department staff meetings.
