Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years sales experience; college degree required. Must be self-starter, highly motivated, willing to do whatever it takes for zones to be successful. Must be a team player.
Basic Functions and Responsibilities: Supervisor 10 sales reps and 2 support staff in 2 separate zone offices. Must ability to multi-task, guiding reps in all facets of selling (building & making presentations, handling objections, uncovering needs, providing solutions utilizing all BGM products.) Support DSM to ensure goal achievement on part of these reps & offices. Also, will handle automotive dealer accounts in West territory.
