Qualifications: Technically advanced with an understanding of computer coding, demonstrates good understating of finance, business and market issues, solid analytical skills, ability to manage priorities, detail oriented with good organizational skills, excellent in process improvement; works well in a team environment, and has the ability to meet deadlines. 5+ years basic computer system knowledge, 3-5 years professional experience, 3-5 years using Microsoft Excel. Undergraduate Degree preferred.
Basic Functions and Responsibilities: To be responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency for all aspects of NEMG Rating and Boston Globe (and possibly future NEMG) advertising contracts. NEMG Order & Billing System Rates, Rate Card Data, rating Schema, Non-Rate Card Contracts, Account Reconciliation & Analysis, Section & Feature Creation, Umbrella Contract Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Process Improvement.
