Qualifications: Experienced salesperson with strong closing skills required. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be highly organized, creative and motivated to succeed. Advertising/Media sales experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.

Basic Functions and Responsibilities: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales quotas. 3+ years of outside sales experience in print, radio, real estate, or line sales. Outstanding prospecting, scripting, and lead sourcing skills. Outstanding communication, questioning, listening and relationship-building skills. Extensive PC and CRM systems knowledge and familiarity. Bachelor’s degree. Ability to travel to Boston area and suburban clients. Manage the day-to-day activities of assigned Boston.com Real Estate accounts.
