Qualifications: 5+ years experience as a successful, consultative account executive with proven skills in selling solutions across multi-media platforms, preferably with non traditional advertising decision makers. Demonstrated track record of new business development, and understanding of company branding and sales cycle execution. Proven experience using creative sales solutions and presentations that address audiences at many levels. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to address audiences at many levels.
Basic Functions and Responsibilities: Work with SDM’s on solution development and lead generation. Meets weekly with Reps & assists client calls. Updates DSM’s on Reps progress. Attends Fort Grace management recaps & conference calls (to update with current programs available to reps, new programs in the work and identify opportunity areas). Worth with the CRM team to identify leads & input them into Saleslogix (including Seller’s Source). Manages sales pipeline-lead follow up for Division. Communication with Fort Grace on sales updates & overall progress. Co-ordinates training & coaching with Fort Grace.
