Qualifications: Ability to effectively lead a sales team and support the implementation of sales strategy; to collaborate across categories and departments; to set sales goals and help Reps achieve those goals; to think strategically and execute on tactical initiatives. Demonstrated success in Outside Sales. Strong Internet knowledge. Familiarity with CRM systems. Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to teach these skills. BS/BA degree preferred.

Basic Functions and Responsibilities: Supervise and support sales activities within the assigned category, including day-to-day supervision of Outside Sales Reps. Support day-to-day coaching initiatives including accompanying individual salespeople on sales calls and presentations. Participate in sales forecasting and planning processes. Ensure sales tracking systems are appropriately maintained and updated. Maintain a book of business and achieve individual sales goals.
