Qualifications: 5+ years experience as a successful, consultative account executive with proven skills in selling solutions across multimedia platforms with major retail advertising clients. Demonstrated track record of new business development, consultative sales history, understanding of company branding and sales cycle execution. Proven experience using creative sales solutions and presentations that address audiences at many levels. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Must be skilled at selling across all brands/products of Boston Globe Media.

Basic Functions and Responsibilities: Responsible for aggressively selling a broad range of advertising products for Boston Globe Media with a primary focus on selling print into the Boston Globe Newspaper. Also responsible for increasing revenues from current client base with the availability of multi-media solutions. Utilize strategic selling techniques, execute sales calls, bring closure to sales and manage accounts with detail and proficiency.
