Qualifications: Experienced salesperson with strong closing skills required. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be highly organized, creative and motivated to succeed. Advertising/Media sales experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.

Basic Functions and Responsibilities: To excel at the ability to fully qualify the advertising and marketing needs of a Realtor, Developer, Builder or Real Estate Marketing professional. To use that knowledge to develop and present proposals and sales solutions using any and all Boston Globe Media products to meet those needs. To be proactive in prospecting for new business/new accounts, as well as growing existing accounts.
