Qualifications: BS/BA Degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of Inside Telesales or Telemarketing experience in a B2B environment – cold calling a plus. Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Strong data entry/typing skills. Strong Internet knowledge, and comfort and familiarity with CRM systems. Excellent verbal and written communications skills a must.

Basic Functions and Responsibilities: Make a high volume of daily outbound calls. Must be skilled are prospecting. Initiate contact and develop relationships with companies that have no significant revenue with BostonWorks. Effectively use the Internet and other resources to prospect for new leads, and to better understand client’s industry and business. Must meet or exceed monthly revenue targets through new business acquisition. Master CRM database – must be able to manage sales pipeline and accurately forecast monthly business. Work effectively in a team environment, exerting positive influence and serving as a team resource.
