Tier 1: $1,500Qualifications: Ability to effectively lea a sales team and support the implementation of sales strategy; to collaborate across categories and departments; to set sales goals and help reps achieve them; to think strategically and execute on tactical initiatives. BS/BA degree preferred. Demonstrated success in outside sales. Strong Internet knowledge. Comfort and familiarity with CRM systems. Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to teach these skills.
Tier 2: $925
Basic Functions and Responsibilities: Supervise and support sales activities within the assigned category, including day-to-day supervisions of outside sales representatives. Support day-to-day coaching initiatives including accompanying individual sales representatives on sales calls and presentations. Participate in sales forecasting and planning processes. Ensure sales tracking systems are appropriately maintained and updated. Maintain a book of business and achieve individual sales goals.
