Qualifications: Must be organized and be a clear communicator. Have great customer service ability with both the client and within the department. Accurate and up-to-date reports on Sales, Competition and New Business. Ability to supervise a team and be the go-to person for all questions, problems, and concerns. Ability to manage projects and support in a variety of initiatives. On-deadline delivery of all support activities. Must be skilled in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Hyperian, Essbase, TAAS, SalesLogix, Wintext, and Lotus Notes.
Basic Functions and Responsibilities: Responsible for all Sales Coordinator duties as well as supervising as supporting a staff of 15; streamling sales efficency to allow Account Executives more time to sell; be a point person for customer needs and allow the DSM’s more time in the sales process; establish performance metrics for Sales Coordinators and upper management; assist in problem solving and issue resolution; coordinate coverage when necessary; develop and coordinate training for Sales Coordinators payroll.
