Qualifications: BS/BA Degree preferred. Ability to multi-task within a team environment. Minimum 2 years of Inside Telesales or Telemarketing experience in a B2B environment – advertising sales a plus. Proficiency in MS Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Strong data entry/typing skills. Strong Internet knowledge, and comfort and familiarity with CRM systems. Excellent verbal and written communications skills a must.
Basic Functions and Responsibilities: Sell to and service existing client base. Must meet or exceed monthly revenue targets through renewals and customer growth. Establish and expand relationships with key contacts and decision makers within each customer organization. Work with team members on joint sales opportunities. Present to small or large groups in a consultative manner. Master CRM database managing customer contacts and sales pipeline.
