Qualifications: Must have excellent verbal and communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with people in a professional manner; to work within deadlines and to sell advertising and insertions. Typing (50 WPM), and spelling ability a must. Telemarketing sales experience necessary with a proven success rate. Technical/keyboard experience necessary. Must be energetic and able to rebound from sales objections.

Basic Functions and Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to local companies selling Classified ads, on-line products and other cross-media options to prospects. Handle inbound calls and provide upsell options to customers. Develop sales leads, cold calling and closing sales over the phone.
