Qualifications: Strong media sales experience is preferred. Proven track record of sales success and solid understanding of advertising sales and the Real Estate industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills are a must.
Basic Functions and Responsibilities: To increase revenue from new and existing Real Estate advertisers. Qualify advertisers’ needs, develop and present cross-media solutions to meet those needs. Knowledge of competitive media in print, broadcast, direct mail and internet advertising, as well as the Real Estate industry, is essential.
