Re: Wage Diversion

Dear Dan:

This will confirm that the parties have agreed that the Union shall have the option, upon a majority membership vote, to divert any or all of the potential 2007 or 2008 pay increases to the parties’ Taft Hartley Health Fund. This will include the employer F.I.C.A. savings from the wage diversion.
