RE: 3rd Request – Seniority List/Current Buyout

The BNG is inquiring about the status of the seniority list we requested on February 1 (via email) and February 6 (via fax).

We understand that Newsroom management is conveying to members that The Globe has provided a seniority list to the BNG. Perhaps this is simple confusion on management’s part, as the “Release”, “Agreement” and “Data Sheets” have been provided; however, as you know, The BNG continues to await the above requested seniority list.

We would like to know when we can expect to receive this very important information.
