RE: Advertising Design/Information Request

The BNG is concerned about contractual issues related to shifts and scheduling in the Advertising Design-Pagination-Layout departments, as well as related contractual issues.

We request a meeting to discuss this matter.

Related, we request information relative to the hours allotted weekly and shifts and schedules weekly for all full-time and part-time employees within this department, retroactive to August 1, 2008, including all designers, production coordinators, paginators, and all other classifications and employees.

We look forward to prompt receipt of this information.
