RE: Information to BNG members

It has come to our attention that Sr. Globe Executives at a recent sales meeting (November 10, 2008) inferred/conveyed to sales staffers/BNG members that they should feel guilty about the recent layoffs?

The BNG requests information as to the reason for such statements or similar inferences.

Each and every sales staffer and the entire BNG membership is working harder than ever, while being provided less resources to do so for the Globe.

To make accusations, point fingers or lay blame is a shameful way to discuss what happened on November 6, 2008 in the form of layoffs.

If this was a motivational effort, it did not achieve the desired result and in fact likely hurt the morale. Statements and inferences such as the above are shameful and do nothing to foster positive relationships internally.
