The Boston Newspaper Guild is seeking ideas from the membership for possible demonstrations leading up to and during the Democratic National Convention in July, with the possibility of forming a committee to discuss and plan such activities.

The Guild also will be working with leaders of the Newspaper Guild local at the Boston Herald, which also is working without a contract, and the Greater Boston Labor Council, whose members include a number of public-sector Unions also engaged in tough contract talks.
